PSYC Reciprocal Moorage Information

 
Welcome to the Puget Sound Yacht Club and our reciprocal moorage.  Listed below is information we hope you find useful, as well as the rules associated with the use of our facilities.  We hope you enjoy your stay with us and will return again!

 

1.         Two days of free moorage with a maximum of two boats concurrently visiting from one yacht club.

 

2.         30 Amp power available at a rate of $3.00/day.

            (PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OTHER BOATS POWER CORDS)

 

3.         Up to a maximum of two additional days at a cost of  $.35 /FT/day, plus electricity, if applicable. Please check with the dockmaster for the possibility of extending your stay.

             

4.         Use of the reciprocal facilities are limited to a total of four days in any four month period for a total of 12 days per calendar year.

 

5.         Due to PSYC requirements, it may not be possible to accommodate visitors on some holidays;e.g. Opening Day and the 4th of July.

 

6.         Please register upon your arrival and make any appropriate payment at that time.  Payment for extended stays should be made by 10am of each extended stay day.

 

7.         Please observe a checkout time of 1300.

 

8.         The primary reciprocal moorage area is at the west end of the pier and is identified by the red rail cap.  Please do not raft to vessels on the dedicated reciprocal dock as it will block access to Dunato’s Boat Yard.

 

9.         Secondary reciprocal moorage may be assigned by the dockmaster in a vacant member moorage.

 

10.       Our dockmaster, Bill Dils, lives aboard WINDWARD, a  44’motor vessel. Bill can be reached at 206-605-3457.   He can provide access to the toilet and shower facilities in our clubhouse

 

11.       The combination for our security gate can be found in the envelopes located in the kiosk.

 

12.       A map for the surrounding area listing facilities and key points of interest is posted in the kiosk.

 

13.       You are welcome to use the deck area on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse; also there is an ice machine located in the room behind the kiosk.   Please use the ice sparingly and secure the door when leaving.

 

14.       Please fly your club burgee at all times.
